29 year old male unhappy with the shape of his breasts. He related that since his early teens he has been fairly thin, but has always had extra breast tissue. Dr. Lewis suggested using both Vaser assisted liposuction as well as direct surgical excision of the underlying gynecomastia tissue. This was performed using small incisions on the lower border of his nipple areolar complex. To prevent concavity at the location of the nipple, Dr. Lewis advanced a small local fat flap after the removal of the male breast tissue. This helped achieved a dramatic improvement in the shape of his chest
